BikeUP’s change of pace starts from Parma

With the acquisition of the BikeUP brand by Fiere di Parma, the event dedicated to mobility inaugurates a new phase and transforms into an ecosystem of events related to bicycles, outdoor tourism, and experiences on two wheels. The 2026 calendar includes two events: BikeUP Travel Days, scheduled from September 12 to 20 within the Camper Show, and BikeUP Festival, which will enliven the Parco della Cittadella in Parma on September 19 and 20. The new project aims to create a concrete connection between two sectors that are increasingly close: cycle tourism and camper vacations. Two modes of travel united by the search for freedom, authenticity, and contact with the territory. The protagonists of the initiative will therefore be bicycles and recreational vehicles, together with active tourism, urban mobility, and new forms of outdoor travel. The integration between the two worlds aims to expand the target audience and generate new opportunities for companies, operators, and tourist destinations. TRAVEL DAYS (CAMPER SHOW, FIERE DI PARMA) For the first time, the bike sector will enter in a broad and structured way inside the Camper Show, becoming one of the central elements of the event. BikeUP Travel Days will be a container of activities, exhibitions, and initiatives dedicated to bikes and cycle tourism. The format will guide the public in discovering new travel methods, with particular attention to eBikes. The over 110,000 visitors of the Camper Show will have access to experiential areas, test rides, meetings, and moments of in-depth analysis. The bicycle will be presented not only as a sports or technological product, but also as a tool to explore territories, enjoy leisure time, and build new travel experiences. The goal is to offer an accessible and engaging experience, appealing to both experienced enthusiasts and those approaching the world of bikes for the first time. Among the main novelties will be the debut of BikeUP Cargo Days, an area entirely dedicated to cargo bikes and special models. Visitors of BikeUP Festival will be able to discover and try out different categories of vehicles: models intended for logistics and urban deliveries, but also tandems, handbikes, and tricycles.
